A practice where textile and paiting converge, exploring landscape as a space of form and emptiness.

Sur l’Utopie /
Abstractions of the landscape through textile art and painting

Entre senderos y ríos,  2025
111 × 98 cm.

The project Sur l’Utopie undertakes a profound inquiry into the mountain as an ancestral symbol present across multiple cultures and artistic traditions, both Eastern and Western. Understood as an archetype of the collective unconscious, this figure embodies longing, refuge, and the unattainable, opening a space for reflection between the visible and the void.

No esperemos a Godot, 2024
22 x 16 cm. each

01. Como un río, inspired by The Second Elegy (The Druino Elegies) by Rainer Maria Rilke.
02. De un Fulgor, inspired by the poem, De un fulgor a otro by Ida Vitale.
03. La vie, inspired by a quote from Arthur Rimbaud: Changer la vie.

No esperemos a Godot is a series of three works that brings together nature and literature. The title derives from Samuel Beckett’s play Waiting for Godot, written in the late 1940s. The selected authors — Rainer Maria Rilke, Ida Vitale, and Arthur Rimbaud — share a direct connection to the natural world and to a sense of essentialism, which likewise constitute the central axes of these textile works.

Instead of illustrating literary fragments, the series explores writing as form: the graphic traces of letters participate in a subtle dialogue, where textile and language converge.
